Loughrea Blooms with Competition Winners

Residents, businesses and young volunteers recognised for their work across the town

Loughrea has been looking brighter than ever, with residents, businesses and young volunteers recognised for their efforts in this year's Loughrea Tidy Towns Estates, Streets & Gardens Competition.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who took part. The time and effort shown by participants has made a wonderful difference around the town, with judges looking at areas including neat and tidy landscaping, flower planting and care for biodiversity through wildflowers, hedgerows and native trees.

Small Planters, Tractors and Cars

The Youth Category winners have been doing a fantastic job caring for the little tractor planters around town, helping to keep them looking their best.

A special thank you also goes to Margaret, Ethna and Breda for making the prize presentation and helping celebrate our young winners.
